What is a fair offer to handle sales and marketing for West Coast operations of a small jeans brand.?
I was offered the opportunity to manage the operations of the west coast. It is assumed that the West Coast sales and marketing / brand. The company is small, but growing. I understand that my marketing and branding solutions that will help create a brand identity. What is a good offer for this position. I was thinking 30% commission. No salary involved ... straight commission. I offer my services marketing on the side? If increases in the top 30% based on overcoming the objectives? and how fair? thanks guys / girls ....
There are many variables to consider. What are sales now? What was the last person in making position? Where are the connections? What are their connections, as with chains, etc? I think you need to get tons information before making a decision like this. Because the questions they will ask someone more your level. At the level at which you will be impressed the amount and quality of the questions before asking you for a number of committees.
