A woman killed lounge and beautiful long hair, short neck and is now. .. Iam desperate How can I recover?
I just wanted a seat for my perfect hair, but the lady in the room knew what he was doing, and real hair cut. I cried all night ... I want my long perfect beautiful hair back at any cost ... Pleeeeeeeease HELP me .... 
I have been taking hair supplements for the past 3 years and this is what I have found. GNC makes a tablet called "Ultra Nourisher" in formulas for men and women, the pills are taken daily, 2 pills a day. Are enormous and very difficult to swallow, if you have any problems at all with large tablets, then I would not recommend these. The 2 pills contain only 1200 micrograms total of biotin, which is the main supplement needed for hair to grow faster and stronger. You should try to obtain a minimum of 2,500 micrograms of biotin daily to improve the rate of hair growth and condition. Although I took these GNC pills for 4 months, do not recommend it because there are more quality pills highest available. PROCAPS Laboratories makes a great supplement called "hair skin and nails" formula, here's the link to http://www.procapslabs.com/pcl/pages/pro ... This is in capsule form and much easier to swallow. This company, laboratories PROCAPS products is also very reputable and carries pure and effective. took GNC Nourisher for four months, and supplemented with extra Biotin tablets daily due to its low content of biotin. I took 2500 micrograms extra Biotin tablets CNG. The hair PROCAPS Vites 2500 micrograms of Biotin in them, and do not really require extra Biotin be, but have an additional 2,500 micrograms Biotin for a daily total of 5000 micrograms of Biotin. My hair is growing thick and dark and quite rapidly. My hair was very slow growing, but all these supplements have really made a difference. The only way to change the health of your hair is by taking supplements that work internally on the follicle where hair is made, any shampoos or oils or application topical things that do nothing to change the structure of hair, that can only happen with systemically provided support, which means supplements that you take internally .. Note, regardless of how many or how much you take any supplement, hair will never grow to a "Jack and the Beanstalk" fee, the most we can hope for is to improve the strength and health of each hair follicle and to see a further increase in the rate of growth.
