How to get paint from leather?
This afternoon I accidentally a good white leather handbag in a patch of blue acrylic paint. Now the leather has a light blue stain on it. I tried regular soap and water and did not. What can I use to safely remove the blue dye on my leather bag?
Try a good leather cleaner, be careful not to get the leather wet with water, that is asking for trouble. Most times these products cleaning are in the automotive section in a store for the leather seats in cars. If that fails, try using a little vinegar and baking soda. Rub on the stain and let soak for a couple of minutes, after it was landscape gently with your fingernail. After that I would use clean skin again, to rid of vinegar. Good luck!
